Passengers with disabilities and reduced mobility must notify the carrier of their special needs no later than 36 hours before the scheduled time when assistance will be needed. You must notify the carrier of your chosen route about your trip.
Important! To ensure a seat on your desired trip, please arrive at the station no later than 30 minutes before departure. Station staff will meet passengers with special needs and, using special equipment, assist them in boarding or exiting the bus.
