1. General Provisions:
1.1. The rules of this loyalty program apply to purchases made on the tikit.lt website and in the “Tikit” mobile app.
1.2. These rules govern the contractual relationship between Tikit.lt and the Participant regarding the loyalty program, including (but not limited to) membership terms, the creation of a personal account, the accumulation of points, and their use.
1.3. These Rules take effect from the moment the customer creates a personal account and indicates their agreement to participate in the Tikit.lt loyalty program.
1.4. The Participant understands that by becoming a participant in the loyalty program, their personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Participant must review these rules before beginning to participate in the loyalty program.
1.5. Any individual who purchases tickets on the tikit.lt website or via the “Tikit” mobile app may become a participant in the loyalty program.
1.6. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these rules and is provided to the Participant for review before becoming a participant in the loyalty program. By becoming a participant, the Participant confirms that they have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

2. Key Terms:
Participant – a natural person who has registered on the Tikit.lt online ticket sales platform and participates in the Tikit.lt loyalty program.
Personal Account – a digital user account designed to manage ticket purchases, refunds, and exchanges; accumulate loyalty points; view ticket purchase history; and perform other functions.
Rules – these Tikit.lt loyalty program rules, which establish the procedure for earning and using points and are binding on all program participants.
Loyalty Program – the Tikit.lt loyalty program, which grants the Participant the right to receive personalized offers and use points in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Rules.
Personalized Offers – offers, discounts, promotions, and other information tailored to the Participant (e.g., based on purchase history or other criteria), provided to the Participant via their personal account, by phone, email, and/or other means.
Points – Loyalty points awarded to the Participant for purchases made on the website tikit.lt and in the “Tikit” mobile app.
Travel Companion – A person whose travel ticket was purchased in the same booking as the Passenger’s and who is traveling on the same route.
Program Partner – a provider of goods and/or services that has joined the Tikit.lt loyalty program pursuant to a cooperation agreement or other arrangement with the company and offers participants discounts, promotions, or other benefits.
Partner Offers – offers provided by program partners (discounts, promotions, or other benefits) that may be presented to the Participant in their personal account, via email, and/or by other means.
Ticket – a document confirming the passenger transport contract between the Passenger and the Carrier. The Ticket is provided to the Passenger for safekeeping and/or sent to the email address specified by the Passenger after the Passenger has booked and fully paid for a bus or train ticket on the website www.tikit.lt or in the “Tikit” mobile app.
Carrier – a company registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and authorized to transport passengers and luggage.
Bus – a vehicle used by the Carrier to transport passengers on regular routes and other trips offered by the Carrier (including chartered trips).

3. Earning, Using, and Validity of Points
3.1. Earning Points in the Loyalty Program:
3.1.1. Points are earned when purchasing bus and/or train tickets on the website www.tikit.lt and in the “Tikit” mobile app.
3.1.2. Points are awarded to the Participant for each purchase totaling 1 EUR or more. One point is awarded for every euro spent. The value of 1 Point is 0.01 EUR.
3.1.3. Points are credited to the Participant’s Personal Account after the purchased ticket is used.
3.1.4. The Participant can view the balance of accumulated Points in their Personal Account.
3.1.5. Points are not awarded and/or refunded for returned, exchanged, or unused tickets for which Points were used.
3.2. Use of Loyalty Program Points:
3.2.1. The Participant may use accumulated points to pay for bus and/or train tickets on the website www.tikit.lt and in the “Tikit” mobile app.
3.2.2. Points may be used to pay for up to 10% of the purchase amount.
3.2.3. To use Points, the Participant must select the “Use Points” option at the time of purchase—the amount covered by Points will then be deducted from the total purchase amount.
3.2.4. Points cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or discount codes, unless otherwise specified.
3.3. Validity of Loyalty Program Points:

3.3.1. Points begin to accrue from the moment a personal account is created and participation in the loyalty program is confirmed.
3.3.2. Points are accrued until November 30 of the current year (inclusive).
3.3.3. Accumulated and unused points are canceled on December 31 of the current year. Unused points:

- are not refunded;

- are not transferable to another participant;

- are not converted into cash and/or credit.
3.3.4. The point accumulation period begins on January 1 of the current year and continues until November 30 of the current year.
3.3.5. Points are canceled and not reinstated if the Participant terminates their participation in the loyalty program in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 4.2.

4. Final Provisions:
4.1. The Participant must comply with the procedures for earning and using points set forth in these rules.
4.2. Participation in the loyalty program may be terminated at the Participant’s initiative or at the Program’s initiative in the following cases:
4.2.1. Upon the Participant’s request sent via email to: info@tikit.lt.
4.2.2. Upon the Participant’s deletion of their personal account.
4.2.3. When Tikit.lt terminates the loyalty program.
4.3. Tikit.lt reserves the right to modify the loyalty program and/or these rules, notifying users of any changes on the website www.tikit.lt.
4.4. These rules are published on the website www.tikit.lt and in the “Tikit” mobile app.
