Tips for recovering lost items
By providing your SIM card number or IMEI number, we will be able to easily identify your mobile phone. You can obtain your SIM card number and, if necessary, your IMEI number from your mobile carrier or the phone retailer. The IMEI number can also be found on the phone’s original box.
A description of the wallpaper and the language set on your phone would also be helpful—this can make it easier to identify your phone.
The best way to help us is to provide the key number(s). Often, there are several copies of the same key, so you can include the number in the lost and found report.
This is especially useful when keys are registered (e.g., house or building keys). By comparing the numbers, we can more easily determine which owners your key(s) belong to.
A detailed description of the label, if available, would also be helpful.
You can list all the cards in the description. It is not necessary to register each card separately or assign them individually to a category among lost items.
