Traveling with children
Children under 3 years of age must sit in a child safety seat that can be secured with a 2-point seat belt.
Note: Parents traveling with children must have their own car seat with a seat belt adapter. This is the parents’ responsibility.
Parents without a child seat will not be allowed to board the bus with their children. To ensure that you sit together, please reserve seats for yourself and your child.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children aged 10–15 may travel alone provided they have parental or guardian consent (to be submitted at the time of booking).
Note: Unaccompanied children may travel only on domestic routes without transfers between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
Children aged 15 and older may travel alone without any additional restrictions. Please ensure that your child has all the necessary documents and a valid ID.
On international routes: passengers must be at least 13 years old and have a notarized parental consent form.
Children under 7 years of age may travel for free if they do not occupy a separate seat.
No more than two children may travel for free.
In Lithuania, free train travel for children applies only to 2nd and 3rd class seats.
For the convenience of young passengers, you may bring a foldable stroller on board free of charge.
Please notify our customer service department at least 48 hours before departure.
Yes, the Law on Transport Concessions of the Republic of Lithuania applies to travel on long-distance regular buses, local (urban and suburban) regular buses and trolleybuses, passenger trains (in 2nd and 3rd class seating cars, when the passenger’s journey begins and ends within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania), as well as on regular-service ships and ferries.
