Transportation of bicycles and electric scooters
Reserving a space for a bicycle on TOKS intercity buses costs 5 EUR.
Bicycle reservations are mandatory on TOKS routes. During the summer season—from May 1 to September 30—bicycles are transported on the outside of the bus in specially designated areas (on racks) or in the bus luggage compartment if space is available.
On KAUTRA intercity buses, you can transport a bicycle without a reservation fee if there are available bicycle racks. However, the number of bicycle spaces is limited, so if you want to be sure your bicycle will travel with you, we recommend reserving a spot in advance. The reservation fee is 5 EUR. Reservations are not mandatory, but without one, we cannot guarantee that there will be space available for your bicycle during the trip.
There are no bicycle racks on EUROLINES international routes. A bicycle may be transported packed in the bus luggage compartment if space is available.
On LT LINK routes in Lithuania, bicycle transport costs 45% of the price of a second- or third-class ticket. Seat reservation is mandatory. Bicycles are transported only in second- and third-class cars. Bicycles are not allowed in first-class cars.
Reservations are required on LT LINK international routes. The cost of transporting a bicycle is 10 EUR.
Other intercity carriers:
Passengers may bring a bicycle without reserving a bicycle transport service in advance. When purchasing a ticket at the bus station or from the driver, passengers may also purchase a bicycle transport ticket if there is space available for bicycles. Additionally, with the driver’s permission, a bicycle may be transported in the bus’s luggage compartment if it is properly packed (so as not to soil other passengers’ luggage) and the front wheel has been removed.
TOKS intercity buses: Scooters can be transported free of charge in the bus luggage compartment. They must be folded and packed, and their weight must not exceed 15 kg. If the scooter weighs more, an additional baggage fee of 5 EUR applies.
EUROLINES international routes: The carrier does not accept the transport of bulky items in the luggage compartment: construction materials, car parts, furniture or furniture components, household and electronic appliances (including all types of refrigerators, washing machines, and dishwashers), electric and gas stoves, televisions, video and audio equipment, etc.
FLIXBUS: For safety reasons, electric scooters are not permitted on FlixBus buses.
LTG LINK trains: Scooters, skateboards, roller skates, electric scooters, and other mobility devices are carried free of charge if the sum of their three dimensions (length, width, height) does not exceed 200 cm and their total weight does not exceed 25 kg.
IMPORTANT! Each carrier reserves the right to apply its own rules for transporting items on buses.

Recommendations:
– To protect your bicycle from dirt, make sure to cover it (e.g., wrap it in special plastic wrap).
– Before taking your bike on the bus, make sure to remove any additional equipment that could fall off during the trip (e.g., a child seat, panniers, etc.).
– You can reserve a bike space only when purchasing your bus ticket. Reservations cannot be made later.
– One bicycle space can be reserved per bus ticket purchased.
– The bicycle space reservation fee applies separately to each leg of the journey (one-way/round-trip).
– If you return your bus ticket, the bicycle space reservation fee is non-refundable.
– When changing the time or date of a bus ticket, the bicycle space reservation is transferred free of charge if the selected bus is capable of transporting bicycles. If this is not possible, the bicycle space reservation is canceled (the fee is non-refundable).
