Baggage

Each passenger is entitled to carry one piece of carry-on luggage free of charge in the vehicle’s passenger compartment, provided that its dimensions do not exceed 60 x 40 x 20 cm or that the sum of its dimensions does not exceed 120 cm.

Schoolchildren and students are entitled to carry, free of charge, one piece of carry-on baggage larger than the size specified in this section, provided it is necessary for their studies.

Luggage accepted for transport or storage must be properly packed, except for items that do not require packing.

For a fee, you may transport one piece of luggage in the bus luggage compartment, provided that its dimensions do not exceed 100 x 50 x 30 cm or that the sum of its dimensions does not exceed 180 cm.

A passenger may carry a second piece of luggage, or one larger than these dimensions, only if there is still space available in the luggage compartment after all passengers have boarded.

Luggage accepted for transport or storage must be properly packed, except for items that do not require packing.

The following items are prohibited on buses:

flammable, explosive, odorous, or corrosive substances; sharp or cutting objects; weapons; items that may stain the vehicle’s upholstery or passengers’ clothing; bulky luggage that obstructs passage; and animals without a carrier.

 

Musical instruments that meet the maximum hand luggage dimensions (42 × 30 × 18 cm, up to 7 kg) can be carried as hand luggage.

Instruments exceeding hand luggage dimensions are considered special luggage and must be transported in the bus luggage compartment.  We recommend transporting musical instruments in hard cases.

Musical instruments (including their cases) that exceed 135 × 48 × 35 cm (e.g. a double bass) are not allowed.
