Purchasing and Exchanging Tickets
Yes, it is safe to buy tickets.
All payments are processed through your bank’s online banking system, and all personal data is entered in the online banking interface.
You can pay using the payment method that is most suitable for you:
- Banking providers: SEB, Artea, Revolut, Swedbank, Citadele, Luminor, Paysera
- GPay
- ApplePay
- VISA
No, this option is not available.
The passenger’s name can be changed or corrected:
– Minor spelling errors can be corrected for free.
– You can also change the passenger’s name (free of charge). However, if the price of the day of the change is higher than the original price, you will have to pay the difference between the original and the new ticket price.
– After each confirmed change, you will receive an updated order confirmation via email.
To purchase a discounted bus or train ticket, you must select the discount amount that applies to you at the time of purchase. It will be automatically applied to the base ticket price.
IMPORTANT! When purchasing a ticket for themselves and/or a traveling companion using government-provided discounts or benefits, passengers must present the original document confirming their eligibility for the benefit. Otherwise, the passenger will be required to pay the difference in ticket price.
Tickets can be purchased on the bus or train only if there are seats available on the trip.
