Travel for people with limited mobility
Buses adapted for passengers with mobility impairments are marked with a symbol ♿︎.
Passengers with disabilities and passengers with reduced mobility must notify the carrier of their special needs no later than 36 hours before the scheduled time when they will require assistance.
Important! To ensure you get a seat on your desired trip, please arrive at the station no later than 30 minutes before departure. Station staff will assist passengers with special needs and, using special equipment, help them board or exit the bus.
A service dog (or assistance dog) may travel free of charge, but it must not occupy a seat.
A person with a disability has the right to travel by bus with a guide dog if they have:
– a document certifying the dog handler’s accreditation;
– a document certifying the dog’s health status and vaccination history.
It will take a little while for all the stops to be updated. You will be able to see the stops that have already been updated in the system.
For more information, we recommend that you contact the local station operator before your trip to inquire about the available options. Since we are not the station operators, we cannot provide detailed information about their infrastructure.
